Gotabaya Government has killed another prisoner yesterday (03) in the Monaragala prison.
Prisoner no 2253 Udugampitiya Gamage Nilantha alias “MAKKAH” of No. 290 4th lane, Nawgampura, Ampara was killed in mock fight that was created by prison officers. In the fight he has been assaulted with clubs and weapons and succumbed to his injuries on admission to the Ampara Hospital.
The prison officers have informed the hospital authorities that he had tried to commit suicide by hanging himself in the toilet. However the police and the Judicial Medical officer has taken a different approach and found a number of wounds in the body on the back of the head, left neck and the spine has been broken with blunt weapon and all the above have gone into internal bleeding and finally caused his death.
All this is done by Gota to Clear the path to the drug lord DUMINDA SILVA to do his business freely on being released from prison and share the profits with the family.
Finally Gota is on a one way ticket to take everything possible during the 5 years and vanish in to thin air with the family.
The Buddhist Monks and the 6.9 million who voted for Gota are speechless over what is happening in the country. Most of them now regret but it’s too late.
