It is reported that Muslim Congress leader Rauf Hakeem interrupted and<\/p>\n\n\n\n
scolded Professor Rohan Gunaratne during the sectoral council meeting,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
when he commented that the Easter attack was an attack carried out by<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a religious terrorist group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Here, Rauf Hakeem declared that Professor Rohan Gunaratne is not a<\/p>\n\n\n\n
professor and ordered him to leave the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sarath Weerasekaraya is the Chairman of the Parliamentary Sector<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Council on National Security. Professor Rohan Gunarathne came from<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Singapore to the Sectoral Council on National Security on the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
invitation of the Council and it is unethical to question his<\/p>\n\n\n\n
qualifications as a guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
MP Sarath Weerasekera is an ardent racist in this country. It is<\/p>\n\n\n\n
unlikely that someone like Sarath Weerasekera will work independently<\/p>\n\n\n\n
as the Chairman of the Parliamentary Advisory Committee on National<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Security. By bringing Rohan Gunaratne to this council meeting and<\/p>\n\n\n\n
asking for his opinion, it appears that Sarath Weerasekera wants to<\/p>\n\n\n\n
suppress the controversial issues in this country about the Easter<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sunday attack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
