MP Nimal Lansa is building a new party to support the President with a<\/p>\n\n\n\n
group of independent members of the Podujana Peramuna and with the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
opposition. It is said that a large number of MPs of Podujana Peramuna<\/p>\n\n\n\n
have already contacted MP Nimal Lansa of their adherence. MP Anura<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yapa is expected to be appointed as the chairman of this party. It is<\/p>\n\n\n\n
also revealed that the party’s future campaign activities are being<\/p>\n\n\n\n
carried out by Siripala Amarasinghe and Military Nandasena’s private<\/p>\n\n\n\n
secretary Sugeeswara Bandara. Siripala Amarasinghe is negotiating to<\/p>\n\n\n\n
involve the local politicians who were associated with the Podujana<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Peramuna to the new party. Siripala Amarasinghe did all the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
organizational work from the back office during the establishment of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been reported that Basil Rajapaksa has become uneasy about the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
