Wimalaweera is the secretary of the ministry of Manusha Nanayakkara,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
who is a scoundrel in the ugly politics of the country. This double is<\/p>\n\n\n\n
hallmark of depravity and shame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It has been pointed out that he is a public officer who does not count<\/p>\n\n\n\n
the court for a cent and he is an officer with a higher power and<\/p>\n\n\n\n
authority in accordance with the constitution of this country. This<\/p>\n\n\n\n
bastard has challenged the Horana Magistrate Court and the Panadura<\/p>\n\n\n\n
High Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It appears that the Horana Magistrate has waggled his tail before this<\/p>\n\n\n\n
brutish ministry secretary. It was reported by the media that the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
magistrate withdrew from the trial because his order to the police to<\/p>\n\n\n\n
arrest him within seven days and produce before the court was not<\/p>\n\n\n\n
done. Sometimes the magistrate felt ashamed of his incompetence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is a matter for the people of the country to pay attention to the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
fact that the proud magistrates, who handed down sentences suspended<\/p>\n\n\n\n
for five years when someone pluck two coconuts due to hunger, turned<\/p>\n\n\n\n
into timid cowards in front of the bully arrogance of a ministry<\/p>\n\n\n\n
secretary. But we should not forget that this magistrate has betrayed<\/p>\n\n\n\n
the independence of the judiciary in this country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the other hand, this incident can be cited as the best example of<\/p>\n\n\n\n
the flexibility of the law in front of the politicians in Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As far as we know, only the President has the freedom not become a<\/p>\n\n\n\n
defendant in any legal action within the constitutional judicial<\/p>\n\n\n\n
system of this country. But this incident shows that a ministerial<\/p>\n\n\n\n
secretary of a powerful minister of the government has also got that<\/p>\n\n\n\n
immunity. It is in that environment that Horana Magistrate and<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Panadura High Court Judge become cowards in the face of scumbags like<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wimalaweera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This incident reveals that the pimps of the Judicial Service<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Commission also come to judgments in the presence of political power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Next we have to question the Chief Justice. We would like to know the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chief Justice’s reaction to a petty secretary who challenges the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
professional authority of a Magistrate and a High Court Judge under<\/p>\n\n\n\n
him. The Chief Justice should clarify whether the law of this country<\/p>\n\n\n\n
is only applied against the oppressed who cannot do anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Otherwise, when the Chief Justice comes to hear cases in the Supreme<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Court in the Aluhtkade courts, it is better to come naked to see<\/p>\n\n\n\n
whether the Chief Justice is male, female or neuter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Horana Magistrate ordered that this secretary be arrested by the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Inspector General of Police within seven days and presented to the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
court. But the police and the Inspector General of Police have not<\/p>\n\n\n\n
heeded that order. We doubt whether the magistrate will withdrew from<\/p>\n\n\n\n
the trial out of shame or political influence because the magistrate<\/p>\n\n\n\n
could have imposed more than that against the parties who violated his<\/p>\n\n\n\n
order under the injunction. But it is clear that he has left the trial<\/p>\n\n\n\n
as a coward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through all these incidents, it is clear that the law in this country<\/p>\n\n\n\n
is being undermined by the illegal interventions of corrupt<\/p>\n\n\n\n
politicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
