Samantha Peiris, a former municipal councilor of Kotte MunicipalCouncil has insulted a principal of a girls’ school in Kotte via
Whatsapp. Several parents including the principal has gone to theWelikada Police on the 23rd and made a complaint.

At the time of the incident this former municipal councilor who was atthe Welikada police station has pulled down the zip of his trouserand showed his male organ to the group of mothers who went to make the complain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
