As you all know the much awaited judgment of the WALIKADA PRISON massacre was delivered yesterday 12th January 2022 Wednesday.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
As a layman I have only one question. How Neomal Ranvajeeva was discharged and acquitted from all charges.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
This is a riot inside a Prison and why was Ranvajeeva in the PRISON. HE WAS OIC NARCOTICS DIVISION. In the evidence it was clearly stated he was calling names from a given list and identifying people who were executed.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
This happened when GOTA was the Secretary of Defense in 2012. Definitely Ranvajeeva was acting on behalf of GOTA.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Why did GOTA want all of them executed? That is because the Rajapaksa family is directly involved in the DRUG BUSINESS and any one who went out of the way and continued in the business were summarily executed.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Nimal Lansa MP is a key operator in the business. That is why when the NARCOTICS raided his house in Negambo the then president Mahinda immediately went and closed the matter.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
TAKE the recent past. When GOTA came to power in 2019 immediately many boats carrying HEROINE was seized at the high seas by the SL NAVY. How did this happen and why is it not happening now.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Today all boats in the sea carry GPS or SATELLITE PHONES. Specifically boats carrying drugs from Pakistan are monitored 24\/7 buy the shipper and the consignee and when the boat arrives at the point of transaction goods are transferred at the high seas and the monies are transferred at Singapore or Dubai or anywhere in the world.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Now SL NAVY does not find a single boat, so have the business stopped, no RAJAPAKSHA FAMILY is back in business. The boats that were seized were not working with the family because late 2019 and early 2020 the business was in the hands of others.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
A main operative during this period Makandure MADUSH was shot dead on the instructions of the Rajapaksa family by NARCOTICS RANVAJEEVA with the blessings of the SDIG Deshabandu Thennakoon who does all the Dirty work of the family.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
It is sad to see the judgment of the WALIKADA PRISON Case. Gihan Kulathunga is the son of a former SUPREME COURT JUDGE. What a shame. We don\u2019t want to comment about Manjula Thilakarathne he is well known for his conduct when he was the PRESIDENT of the JSC.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
NARCOTIC RANVAJEEVA had no reason to be at WALIKADA on that \u00a0un fateful day.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
AS A LAYMAN I ONLY UNDERSTAND THAT RANVAJEEVA\u2019S PRESENCE AT WALIKADA ON THAT DAY IS ONLY SUFFICIENT TO PROVEN THAT HE HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE KILLINGS. HE HAD NO REASON TO BE THERE.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
I HOPE THAT AN APPEAL FILLED BY THE VICTIMS NEXT OF KIN WILL BRING JUSTICE TO THE DEAD.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
THE DEAD MIGHT BE CRIMINAL<\/span>S, YET THEY HAVE RIGHT TO BE HEARD, PRESUMED INCESSANT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
FINALLY THE WHOLE WORLD WILL KNOW THE LEVEL OF CORRUPTION IN THE JUDICIARY OF SRI LANKA AND WHAT A SHAME.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
